Well I always hound my friends for not posting on their blogs so I figured I needed to update ours so that I don't get in trouble with my friends and lose my blogging license.
I've been very uninspired to blog lately because of a number of crazy things going on here. So I will just add this picture and hope you think it is funny. Please excuse the dirty socks on the floor. You maybe be thinking, "It's summer, why is your kid in a fleece sleeper?" Well I am so happy that it is summer where you are but I wouldn't call it summer here. Except for the fact that it never gets dark here! It's so crazy. It isn't completely dark until almost 11:00 p.m. and it gets light around 4:00 a.m. NUTS. This means I always wear an eyemask when I sleep at night. Which means I wake up with crazy marks on my face and crazy hair.

Kate, it has been in the high 90's in San Antonio...i am sure you are ready for really hot weather. John will not be wearing a fleece sleeper in Texas.

I can totally relate to the lack of summer and the never-ending daylight. It is the same way in Calgary- we had snow last week and it is ALWAYS light, which means I can never sleep, which means that I wake up (if I do actually sleep) CRANKY! No fun!
At least soon you'll be moving to a place with real summer and night!
