Christmas cards exchanged between kids are a big thing here... it reminds me a lot of valentines on valentine's day in the U.S. (the kids don't exchange valentines here). Last year we had just started school and were flooded with little cards from all their new friends, but we weren't prepared so we didn't do it last year. This year we were on top of our game and I had the boys do it for their classes. It was good handwriting practice for Adam.
Finished product!
Dave was in Germany for awhile for his "other" job. While he was away John set his place at the table for him using Natalie's picnic toys.
A hat that Natalie made at the gym. She wore it for about .2 seconds.
Check out the prices on these Toy Story toys!!! This equates to about $75!!
Notice how in the bottom left corner it says "Signature Collection"... as if a 4 year old cares that it is a signature collection!
We had a nice experience of the boys doing all the decorating of the tree. We laid out the ornaments and they did it all by themselves. It was so nice to let them do the "work".
I got John a Kings College Chorister ornament.
Adam put the cross on top of the tree this year.
