... it was for the other team. Oh well, we won't inform John of that little detail. He was thrilled that he scored a goal in a real game. And we were happy for him. I had to take a picture of him on the day he scored his first goal.
Dave is one of the coaches for John's team. I think it has been a good experience, but we will all be ready for a break when it is done in two weeks.
Dave is heading to DC for a career conference and hopefully to make some further contacts with some people who work for different agencies with whom he would like to work. We would greatly appreciate your prayers that he can make some connections and that they would prove fruitful!
