10 years!

Today we celebrated our 10 year anniversary! We have the same story as many military couples in that we have moved seven times (Pensacola, North Carolina, England, Texas, Pensacola, Virginia, England) in our ten years. More importantly, we have been blessed with three kids (who better take good care of us when we are in the nursing home).

In case you can't read the little word bubbles they say, " Dave: You want to move seven times and have three kids in the first ten years?" Me: "Uh oh"

But the best part of the day is that we took a family walk to the church in our village, and the boys surprised me by performing a little wedding for me and Dave. John was the pastor, and Adam walked me down the aisle and was the best man. It was very cute and very unexpected. After the wedding John had to put on a choral concert with Adam as the conductor. Definitely the highlight of the day.

We are looking forward to going out together for dinner (we haven't done that in a year!) when my parents arrive.
