Isn't Albuquerque beautiful? My cousin sent me this picture and it just made me miss home so much. Growing up I was a "city girl." I wanted to live smack dab in the middle of NYC. However, as I have gotten older I have come to appreciate Albuquerque so much more. It was a wonderful place to grow up. Ross and Sue Jones, longtime family friends of mine, came for a short visit this afternoon. I have known Sue since I was very small and she was a big part of my life growing up. She and Ross moved to Virginia a few years ago and Albuquerque just isn't the same without them! It was great to spend some time with them on a mild Friday afternoon. They brought John a t-shirt from Oxford (shhhh.... don't tell our friends in Cambridge).
